Our workshop is called: "Biodiversity Heritage Library: Hands-on training on search and retrieval of digital literature". We also can have a symposium on biodiversity digital/virtual libraries during the same conference.

- h-scholz h-scholz May 21, 2010 One item for these two days must be the coordination of tasks in WP2 and 3: who is reponsible for what, which tools and mechanisms we are using to coordinate the work. We might establish a WP2/3 coordinator Email-list, we might establish a Google doc status sheet to report on the partner activities, somebody has to design and maintain the MS Project plans for WP2 and 3, what about task briefs, how we continue with the SCRUM planning,..... I would like to talk about how we align the coordination work between MfN, NHM, AIT, ATOS and BHLUS. This is also necessary that the partners know who they can contact for what particular question.
