NDSR Team: Plan to fly out on
September 11 as we will begin the meetings the morning of September 12. You will join the Tech Meetings on the 13th and the morning of the 14th. Return flights should be booked for
no earlier than 2pm on the 14th.
Tech Team: Plan to depart
September 12 as your first day of meetings will be the morning of September 13. Day 2 for Tech Team will be a full day. Your return flights should be
no earlier than 7pm on the 14th
Lodging:
Visitors staying at the academic housing (Trelease House) need to go to the main entrance of the Garden at 4344 Shaw Blvd, where the Security Guard will give them the keys and the badges to get into the apartment and around the Garden (these will be under their names). Then, they can walk 0.2 miles (4 minutes) or ask if the car is available to take them to the Academic Housing.

From the airport:
The easiest way to get to the Garden is to take a Cab outside the airport. This is between $40 and $50. The address is 4344 Shaw Blvd. St. Louis, MO, 63110 but all cab drivers know where the Botanical Garden is. Please see this page for more information:
