• review the numbers we can get (see below)
• review the numbers we can't get (monthly nos.); are these numbers useful to keep anyway?;
• continue to update the CB 1 pager for stats purposes (but BHL nos. included in this chart); also incl. language re: CB in a transition, changing platforms, we're currently not accepting submissions but will be in the future, under CiteBank shared folder in dropbox

• CAN: get individual content provider numbers just click through data providers page http://citebank.org/about/content_providers
  • Numbers not accounted for on the data providers page are:
    • NPS ==> search on "national park service" 20,351; NPS ingest is incomplete so not yet accounted for on data providers page but there's 20351 citations from them in CB so far
    • Drechsler ==> search on "Charles Drechsler Articles" 155
    • individual user uploads (~250-300),
    • Asha's monograph,

• CAN: get total numbers of CiteBank citations (available on stats page http://citebank.org/citebank/stats(no need to be logged in))
  • Does this total include BHL books, journals, articles ??? Yes, I think so b/c there are 77,623 BHL books, journals, citations
• CAN'T: tell what's uploaded by month
• CAN'T: get accurate numbers on BHL books, journals, and articles, harvest has been broken since WHEN? thus cannot get these numbers either

• CiteBank tab in BHL Reporting spreadsheet is no longer needed, Grace to remove
• Trish to update the Citebank 1 pager document in time for next EOL reports:
  • Q1, YR6: August-October, 2012: Due November 15th
  • Q2, YR6: November 2012-January, 2013: Due February 15th
  • Q3, YR6: February-April, 2013: Due May 15th
  • Q4, YR6: May-July, 2013: Due August 15th
• Bianca to continue to provide numbers re: global partner contributions to CiteBank, now BHL-SciELO and Asha (NOT JEANH)
• Need to remove language regarding Safe Harbor
