Meeting Plan and Outcomes: For this meeting, the goal is to lay out a number of problems, issues and opportunities within the technical development of BHL. Though there will be a number of instances where solutions can be developed on the spot, this meeting should focus on methodologies, timelines, and assignment of tasks rather than building out specific solutions. Outcomes of the meeting will include clear technical development priorities, assignment of tasks, and communications methods to assure timely dissemination of information to the development team.

Day 3 (Friday, 4 April 2014): Travel
Logistics
The BHL Technical Meeting will be held April 1 - 4, 2014 in St. Louis, MO. April 1st and 4th will be travel days with two full-day meetings scheduled for April 2 and 3rd.

Very short drive or longish walk
- SweetArt bakeshop, cafe,gallery all vegetarian menu and excellent pastries
- Local Harvest Locally sourced eclectic
- Antonino's Italian/Greek fusion, corner bar with some STL flair
- Royale Hipster tavern with good food and drinks. Nice patio
Short drive (5 - 10 minutes)
Slightly longer drive (10 - 15 minutes)
Lodging:
Visitors staying at the academic housing (Trelease House) need to go to the main entrance of the Garden at 4344 Shaw Blvd, where the Security Guard will give them the keys and the badges to get into the apartment and around the Garden (these will be under their names). Then, they can walk 0.2 miles (4 minutes) or ask if the car is available to take them to the Academic Housing.
Trelease House is at 1901 Maury Ave., St. Louis, MOS 63110. $90 USD a night. William Ulate, BHL Technical Director, has reserved a block of rooms for those traveling to St. Louis.
From the airport:
The easiest way to get to the Garden is to take a Cab outside the airport. This is between $40 and $50. The address is 4344 Shaw Blvd. St. Louis, MO, 63110 but all cab drivers know where the Botanical Garden is. Please see this page for more information:

You can also take the MetroLink/train from the airport and then either a cab or a public bus (for the adventurous) from the Central West End metrolink stop. See
