BHL-Europe Review Reports

BHL-Europe is running for 36 months and will have two intermediate reviews and one final review. During these reviews, the EC will review in cooperation with two external and independant experts the achievements of the project in relation to the objectives and workplan specified in the Description of Work. The review reports must be communicated within the consortium and are provided below.

2nd Intermediate review report

This report is based on the deliverables finalised in the 2nd year of the project, which were presented in Tervuren in June 2011.
This document is restricted for use within the consortium.

2nd Intermediate Review Report

1st Intermediate review report - update

This report is based on the revised deliverables presented in Vienna in May, the new deliverables and the hardware setup at NHM. The review meeting was hold in London (NHM), 30 November 2010. Only the WP leader, the project management assistants and a few invited experts were present to represent the project. Our EC desk officer and the two external reviewers were present as well. Below, please find the review report. This document is restricted for use within the BHL-Europe consortium. We got a green flag from the EC.

1st Intermediate review report

This report is based on the first 20 deliverables of the project and the presentations and discussions during the review meeting in Vienna on 27 May 2010. This document is restricted for use within the consortium. Fortunately, the report provide now suprising new comments that are not documented in the [[BHL-Europe+Annual+Review+Meeting+Vienna#BHL-Europe Annual Review Meeting-Minutes|meeting minutes]].

The main shortterm action items (AI) are as follows:

• revise D1.2 and D1.3 - AI for Henning
• revise D2.4 - responsible: AI for Melita, Boris
• create joint workplan of WP2 and WP4 - AI for Melita, Nancy

The main longterm action items (AI) we generated out of this report are as follow:

• report our work in more detail; this will be done with the monthly activity reports and the quarterly status report - AI for all consortium members
• document BHLE work more clearly in comparison with BHL work (distinction between BHLE and BHL in reporting) - AI for WP leaders
• document issue and risk management in the quarterly status report - AI for all consortium members
