2. Modify language associated with PDF Generator to mitigate PDF feedback
   1. - dukeg1 This needs to include language telling them that it may take up to x amount of minutes for the PDF to generate and that the first page after the cover page is intentionally left blank, with PDF content following. I've been seeing a lot of Gemini feedback from people saying their PDF was blank when actually it was just the first page after the cover page, which, as stated, is intentionally left blank.

NEW PROPOSAL.
A second web form, dedicated exclusively to title requests. We get lots of feedback asking for this or that title, a form would let us dictate the fields necessary to find the item, with less muss and fuss. It'd still feed into Gemini.
- h-scholz Mar 25, 2010 This functionality is foreseen for the GRIB build by BHLE. GRIB will combine both the bidding functionality (for serials and monographs) and user nominations/request. More details can be found in D2.2 (BHLE_WP2 - currently only a draft is available for some reason, but I will upload the final version to the wiki soon).
