- In addition, 97 scan requests were submitted; and 359 issues were closed during this period! Thanks to everyone who helped close out issues
- quick report on triage (volunteer)
- Joe: Documentation was very helpful. Majority of requests were trouble with PDF downloads, able to help out using documentation. Kudos to Bianca and Jackie for training and documentation.
- Diane - agree on documentation. Learned a lot in the process. Encourage folks to review documentation. It's straightforward and not too extensive, very helpful.
- Bianca will add Gemini documentation to the Official BHL Documentation Center on the wikis. see "Gemini Triage Training" doc in our Help Wiki
