- NYBG and EABL accounts experienced problems at same time.
- Kristina has taken care of NYBG account
- EABL continues to have same issues as last Tuesday, roughly 10 or 15 items sitting in Macaw in completed status.
- Carolyn will ask Kristina to review other items in Macaw and work with Joel to determine if issues are more widespread than NYBG and EABL. We will provide an update to Susan later in the week.
- Mike finishing up report on load testing.
