Regular check-ins on:

- Full text (new servers and experimentation on current) (Joel and Mike)
Old PO being canceled to initiate the new one
Right now focusing on Gemini while full text is in limbo
Requests that require longer time, i.e., bugs on author names, cleaning up data

- BHL Europe drives (Joel)
Copying data, 75% complete. Will be sent over to MCZ
Extended timeline, should be ready for us.

- DPLA harvest (Susan and Trish)
Gretchen from DPLA will be getting back to us. If Trish doesn't hear today, she'll follow up.

Susan - On one of the calls, Alicia Esquivel had been doing research on a tool that would do visualization based on subject. Idea was to classify by subject and then do visualizations. Found one or more articles on others who had done similar work. She wanted to put it to the Tech Team to see if it's feasible.
