Thanks to all the SIL staff that participated in the logistics including Anne Graham, Chuck Martin, Robin Everly, Diane Shaw; Staff from a number of BHL member libraries accepted the ALCTS award on Sunday, June 27 (See BHL blog for details) - New form for requesting scans - the perils of being popular
GC reported about the new scanning request form and the activity that it's generated; good news is that +60% of requests are from the same person, Grace has been in contact with the person and working with them; the rest of the requests are slowing down a bit, we'll let it percolate for a while and then see how it goes. - Scanning at FedScan
Slow down a bit while we revisit the scanning budget - Oak Spring Garden Visit
MRK, Chris Freeland and Nancy Gwinn visited the estate of Mrs. Paul Mellon to meet with the library staff of Oak Spring Garden Library. Potential collaborations with OSGL in relation to BHL were discussed. - New Scanning Center
New camera parts are all here; KT is ordering some more parts; new hire could be in place by July 23
FOR NEXT TIME - NH library moves [save for next time, when Gil is here]
- Anything else we need to discuss?
- Oil Spill Related Publications - Ann
