Now up and running at SIL/NH and SIL/Pennsy; - Fundraising Campaign
GC reported that we've had a number of positive responses to the campaign and some promises to donate - EOL Meeting
MRK, GC and Connie Rinaldo (and WIlliam Ulate by Skype) attended the EOL workgroup leaders meeting at MCZ on November 29/30. There were some good side discussions with the the Species Pages group and the Learning and Outreach group. - JSTOR Meeting
MRK, GC, along with Anne Van Camp, Carolyn Sheffield, and Rusty Russell - Whatever happened with the Russian titles thing?
- Bianca and Gilbert follow-up; JJ sent over beta due diligence process for internal SIL purpses however, need to discuss a pan-BHL DD baseline with new copyright committee. (Attached 1. Template Request letter; 2. SIL's standard DD license agreement from OGC lawyers 3. Handy Guide to seeking IPR for Open Educational Resources.)

- Due to family issues with the Au developer (Simon) we are being delayed; tentative beta site in mid-January; live in February. MRK is on a call with Ely and William later today and will know more.
- Collections Call Updates (BC)
BC updated the group on the recent collections call; topics included an analysis of Gemini requests; also stats on PDF requests and the metadata around them, BC will work with Robin and Diana (AMNH) and Joe DeVeer (MCZ) on this - What are the next iTunes U collections we have on deck? (GC)
Womens History Month and additions to Darwin's Library - Internship ideas?!
BC has submitted two applications for the SIL paid internship program; BC will with with Kirsten and other NPS staff to have them get some non-virtual experience; second internship is for marketing and outreach activities analysis - Documentation Update
Grace and JJ decided to migrate entire library over to Gdocs so it is easier to update and share them with the public.
