Agenda Suggestions:
- Welcome Grace - her contact information and duties
- She is pulling books from MSRL Smithsoniana and Entomology.
- FedScan workflow update; status; schedule
- Shipments are 2 carts (200-250 items) each week, Thursdays at 2pm. Keri main contact - Grace, Suzanne and others as back up.
- NH Scanning workflow up data and status
- Chris Thompson has approached Martin about the upcoming Diptera conference. He will be giving a list of requested diptera literature to be scanned.
- Selection of material
- Special selection procedures
- Wiki page of special needs should be created for each location. Gil will work on what he has in mind.
- Grace can use that special request Wiki pages to help in selection.
- If material is not in a collection that is already on the picklists, they will need to be manually added. Keri will need bib and item info.
- Cullman material and workflow
- Gil will send to Keri the finally selected titles from Eliza's review of Cullman's Mollusks.
- Grace will need *documented* procedures on the rare book movement from Cullman to Scanning Room etc.
- Suzanne will talk with George about seeing if she can get a listing of the ScunCat records from Cullman. The list then can be prioritized on updating the metadata and barcode additions to SIRIS. Diane and possibly with the help of Julia can then get working on what we expect to scan from Cullman.
- NH Main material status and procedure
- Spread sheet of serials is linked on the wiki here: NH+Serials+Holding+Project
- Money was moved from BHL to Contract to work on serial holdings for titles in NH main that are BHL related material
- All sublocations except for Minerals, Botany and Anthropology have had serials holdings completed
- Returning data from IA and BHL to SIL / SIRIS
- Committee to be formed: David Steere, Bess Missell, Suzanne Pilsk, Keri Thompson, Grace Duke, Diane Shaw, Polly Khater, Robin Everly
