- Who is doing what where?
- Courtney will be "Collection Manager" Responsibilities will be tweaked at next meeting.
- Maintaining the Wikispaces Collections area of the BHL website, not only for our collections but the other 9 as well (as I get input).
- Working with Tom on ascertaining which titless are “doeable.” Thus, I need to hear from him, as least via Martin where various agreements stand.
- Turning over to Eliza any titles that are deemed to be needed for preservation.
- Hearing from Martin on a regular basis (via emails to us all) on all collection related issues.
- Working with Ann to determine what formats, materials, etc. can be scanned.
- Working with Tom, Martin, Ann to determine priorities and decisions about what will be scanned next, e.g. Serials, monos, etc.
- As Richard and or Gil to keep a running list of serials titles to be scanned next., say 10 at a time.
- Work with Suzanne, then Conrad, then…to get the right materials pulled from the shelves.

- SIL Count: 18,000 page / 328 books (we think this is higher and need to have IA check the stats)

- Book handling issues, keeping all scanning operations on the same page

- We need to keep the pipeline full! the "Team Book Pull" (Courtney, Keri, Suzanne) will discuss this offline to make sure we have a steady stream
