Current Workflow
- Bianca keeps a database, only available via the SIL network, with all permissions secured to date with the exceptions of NHM titles, MOBOT's Zach's list, and BHL member library institutional publications
- This database is reflected on the BHL public wiki permissions page
- How do we handle the workflow coordination with BHL-E? See a list of titles that the Tervuren Museum has secured http://193.190.223.46/wiki_ext/index.php/BHL (at bottom)

Sources of Potential Permissions
- MK sent 5/5/2011: This is an interesting looking site (incredibly ugly, BTW, but useful). It provides links to over 3,000 scholarly societies. http://www.scholarly-societies.org/. If at some point in the future we wanted to make a press to go after society publications, this could help us locate them. I found them since they’ve linked to BHL for societies that we’ve scanned content (http://www.scholarly-societies.org/history/BiodiversityHeritageLib.html)
- Don Wheeler has sent many suggestions via email
- MOBOT has secured "Zach's List"
- NHM has secured permissions for some titles

May 5, 2011 To add on this: BHLE has a deliverable to summarise the current status of permissions / rights agreements:
D4.2. We started the discussion on coordination between BHLUS and BHLE about one year ago, without following up in between. If time allows, we can cover this aspect during the BHLE collection development discussion on 7 June 2011.
