Tech meeting 10/26/15

Need to talk about ongoing issues with DISQUS – Martin and Grace talked about it and its getting too complicated so we don’t seem to have resources to do it. Martin is leaning towards looking at other options before investing more time in DISQUS. Before we completely pull plug Mike would like to have Nathan investigate more. Grace will get in touch with him. Martin met with Dan Whaley from Hypothesis (does annotation stuff) and that might be another option. We’ll also need to consult with William and grant requirements

Staff meeting tech agenda
Status of grant-funded activities (Trish) presentation will be 2-2:15. Trish present this list as things the members will be prioritizing in the near future.
Mike will do tech infrastructure overview from 12:30-1pm and can do a schematic chart
Touch base with William to make sure he is ready to talk about technical priorities
Purposeful Gaming stations! Folks can use their own laptops to play. Could we get an extra laptop? Do we need someone at the stations? Probably pretty self-directed
