Quick discussion on logistics for upcoming meeting.
Carolyn will take notes. Martin will be the timekeeper.
Nancy will lead most discussions and start discussion of starting strategic planning

William will provide a high level technical overview-- and be clear about all the activities that have occurred over past year. With a review of grant projects, hackathons and some action items on global meeting.
Other action items looking forward will be discussed..

Day 2 planning for next meeting. As we grow and increase membership we need to think about arranging for next years meeting.

We also need to discuss the format of the MOU -- we should keep it simple and keep it to one page making reference to the bylaws. May suggest we form a sub-group to compose.
