Art of Life – waiting to hear back from Joel and Kyle on algorithms running at SIL and IA
NEH gave us our 1 yr extension -
Art of Life talk accepted to IFLA conference in France in June. Nancy Gwinn and Connie Rinaldo will do the presentation
Classifier – need to put together guidelines for classifiers.
Purposeful Gaming –
Decided to pursue both FromThePage and ALA tools. Phone call today with ALA folks about their transcription tool. Next steps for downloading FromThePage?
I need to incorporate feedback from Coulter and Jiri Frank and contact the gaming companies.
Subcontract agreement – Harvard sent us some edits to agreements almost all of which we accepted so hoping to close soon.
Other
PDF generator problems - Email server fixed now. Need to reignite the monthly tech round table with IT to keep abreast of changes that will impact our services. William asked Mike W. to set them up.
Audits at MOBOT indicate we need to track time spent on each project for each of us – start in April. Would be helpful to have a form we can fill out to track. Send it to William and Chuck on a weekly basis. William needs to let us know what percentages we should spend on each.
When we travel how do we report hours? Cant charge more than 8 hrs per day. Can report travel time getting/to from destination.
Can’t charge our sick and vacation days to federal projects
