Secretariat Update (MRK)
- SPNCH. Carolyn attended SPNCH (Denver), 19-23 June 2017.
- ALA Annual. Martin attended ALA Annual (Chicago), 22-26 June 2017.
- Charitable donation. BHL received a notice from the Sidney Stern Memorial Trust that they will donate US$1,500 to BHL. We need to fill out some paperwork to accept the gift.
- Federal Depository Library Program. The FDLP has asked Grace to do a webinar (overview) of BHL for FDLP libraries sometime later in the fall of 2017.

Technical Update (MRK)
- IA Harvest. 25 June IA harvest was put on hold due to certain IA servers being blocked by the SI firewall. Mike noticed the problem from the previous week's harvest and Joel confirmed select servers were blocked. Martin and Joel both put in tickets to unblock the servers, but we held off on the 25 June harvest just in case there were problems. Joel escalated the ticket and we believe the problem is resolved, but IA runs multiple servers and we'll need to continue to monitor the situation.

- Report on Membership Committee Update Call (30 June). Connie, Jane, Doug, Nancy, Martin, and Carolyn had a brief call to "pass the baton" of the chair of the Membership Committee to Doug.
