Slight delay in launch of user interface --trying to get back on track. Grants worksheets will be sent out to the IC this week. LC send contract for participation in BHL which needs revisions. Connie distributed the draft revised membership document which can now be used as point of discussion with IC.

Chris Kardon staying at MCZ until end of January. J. J. Ford leaving D.C. and returning to Boston.
