Secretariat Update (MRK)
- In Kind Call is out. Carolyn has sent out the call for in kind contributions.
- NDSR Capstone Event. Carolyn did great work on the logistics for the event.

Technical Update (MRK) [Reminder: all Tech team call notes are here]
- Blog Move. Underway. We will have a beta site for review soon. Target date for launch is the first week of March.
- Full Text Search. Work is underway and indexes are being refined. Martin and Mike will have a walk through to see how the requirements are being implemented; he'll follow up with EC after that call. As a reminder: the beta.biodiversitylibrary.org site has the full text search running (but please no comments yet!)

Topics from the Chair (Connie)
- Consortium of National and University Libraries (CONUL - Ireland). BHL, through Connie, has been invited to submit an abstract for the annual CONUL conference in Galway to increase knowledge about BHL in Ireland.
- NDSR Capstone Event. Connie recapped the 4 January 2018 Capstone event and thanked all involved in planning and participating.
- BHL Europe Content. Chris Sleep met with Jane Smith and they are organizing the transport of the BHL Europe content to Harvard.
