9/23 (Monday): Nothing happening, but William might be there
9/24 (Tuesday)
- 12:00: Martin and Joel will arrive (Peter Pan willing at noon)
- 13:00: Get together and meet with whoever is around (topics: Macaw, cluster, etc.)
9/25 (Wednesday): EOL/BHL Technical Discussions
- 09:00 – 17:00: EOL/BHL Technical Discussions
- John can leave if he likes after meeting or stay the night and leave in the morning
- William should probably stay the night
9/26 (Thursday)
- 06:55: Martin takes bus back to BOS
- Joel and William leave at a decent hour
- John is gone or leaves at a decent hour

Since we're officially part of the Ecosystems Center here at MBL now, I checked with their/our administrator, Kelly Holzworth, and she said that their process is to just have housing applicants fill out the form (Registration Form - Departmental) and select 'Ecosystems Center' as the center you are visiting.
