Joel Document changes for Lizeger field – not done yet
Bianca followup with Collections committee about items - tbd
William trying to find out funding for MB for consultant – maybe 3-4k left. What would that person do? Incorporate MB functionality into BHL. Like semantic search, visualization, etc.

Data Dash stared 9am EST today and will run til 9am EST Wed

Expanding Access to Biodiversity
BHL business as usual – Mike’s regular work is in scope for project
Need billable hrs for reimbursement to MOBOT for Mike
How will monthly be distributed? Quarterly billing

Macaw development – will that be done by MOBOT or SIL? Martin says no in-kind from SIL for project.
NYBG hiring – Maria Lewis accepted job will begin Jan 1st
Harvard - Patrick accepted position and working through paperwork

Grant info – SIL CLIR grant received for digitization and MOBOT is partner on that. Digitization of field notebooks.
MOBOT – Connie submitted IMLS for Nat Digital Steward Fellow. Invited to 2nd round. 1 full year. 5 total interns.

Need 1 pg summary of move to SIL to give to Exec Council and Chuck Miller, Joel will work on this with William and Mike
