z_c = type of identifier for the fetch, will always be
'local'
z_d = identifier for z39.50 fetch, in this case it is the control number in
MARC 001 (?) from Xu's screenshot
b_ib = identifier for item in local catalog (can be the same as z_d, or something else)
tid = identifier for title in local catalog (can be any identifier you want, MARC 010, MARC 035, MARC 050...)
Other parameters you might need for a different record include:
&year = Year of item scanned, if item is from a series with volume, number and year
&rights = If item is still under copyright, and you have negotiated rights to scan item with copyright holder, we put in &rights=Permission_to_scan_granted_by_Copyright_holder
