(c) & due diligence

calendars
want to track things about BHL
milestones, conferences, global updates, papers,
multiple ways to track all these things and needed to streamline ==> update calendar system
create subsets of calendars for diff. types of information: conferences, milestones, all aggregated into 1 main calendar
Everything in one place on BHL calendar page
upcoming conferences page shows just conferences calendar, same w/ milestones page
tracking only from 2012 from now on
GC to go back and retrospectively add milestones b/c we want to have a BHL timeline of milestones
you are welcome to send appointments to the calendar via biodiversitylibrary@gmail.com and GC will adjust the appointment for the appropriate calendar
send appointments for the first time you scanned a book for BHL, for example
you can add to conferences or presentations, posters, papers wiki pages but
or you can send GC an email if you can't figure out how to send an appointment or add to the wiki (but by this time you should really know how to do this)

Quarterly report is out, yay! To be made available publicly on the public wiki via a new "newsdesk" that GC is developing
