BHL in EBSCO

BHL data has been in EBSCO's Knowledge Base for a few years now
taking title level metadata only via our OAI-PMH title set
(sounds like their KB is for title info only)
RG will send me their standard flyer with more info about the service as well as some example screen shots of BHL titles within EBSCO's system
Yes, they can list volume coverage for titles IF that data is provided (which in our case it's not yet)
EBSCO prefers KBART
Ryan is best contact for when BHL is ready to implement KBART, he maintains BHL collection
they harvest on a monthly basis
Ryan contacted me because over past 2 months harvests he noticed 3-5 titles were missing title metadata (but other data present) and he wanted to let me know
he will send title identifiers which hopefully I can fix
then via OAI, EBSCO should be able to update these problem titles
currently can't tell which customers are subscribed to BHL dataset in EBSCO but they can tell how many subscribers
