I think CiteBank sounds like something that needs to be bailed out.
3/31 - BHL Execs have nixed "CiteBank". Bad connotations with 'bank' felt by 2 Execs. 1 loves it. 1 was ok with it.
Graham suggested "BioCite" or similar.
How about these three suggestions:

this is probably too obvious, but what about BiodiverCite? [I feel like this one crossed my mind at some point but I found it difficult to say, hence it got simplified to BioCite, but that's just me.
