Notes from BHL meeting with action items? Will Carolyn be sending those out this week? She will send reminders on Action Items April 15th

Author display in BHL – feedback/comments discussion. We will setup a meeting with the author display subcommittee since their latest email questions indicated a lot of confusion.

OAI sets – can BHL filter the linked out data from our OAI sets? (EBSCO request) This is something we probably need to do for those folks who we harvest as well. (E.g. Bianca indicated that RJB is harvesting SCIELO content and their content could potentially be duplicated in BHL)
Trish will followup with EBSCO to find out which sets they are harvesting? Items and Segments or Titles?
If we created 2 new sets for Items (Internal) and Segments (Internal) would that serve their needs?
We are considering creating 5-6 new sets and dropping the ones we have now. This might create problems with folks who have been harvesting since we added external content but we’ve only been doing it for last 2 months so probably not a significant impact. WE may not want to create the separate Title sets since titles can refer to more than one item which then could be a mix of internal and external content.
Title (Internal) Title (External)
Item (Internal) Item (External)
Part (Internal) Part (External)
