We have a FileMaker Pro 4.0 database (ancient version) which records metadata for individual images of illustrations, but not for individual images of pages that are text only. This database is currently being imported into an MS Access database. A volunteer is working on it, and it is a few weeks away from completion.
The data recorded for the images in this database includes: technical metadata (pixels high, pixels wide, date captured, resolution, equipment used, etc.); administrative metadata (permissions, rights); and descriptive metadata (plate caption, subjects, source metadata).
