    BHL Members approved the Affiliate application of the Lloyd Library and Museum. Voting yes: 20, voting no: 0, not voting: 0. Approved 10 May 2018.
  • Approval of Strategic Plan Refresh
    BHL Members approved the Strategic Plan refresh. Voting yes: 19, voting no: 0, not voting: 1. Approved. 28 June 2018.
  • Affiliate Status for Auckland War Memorial Museum Tamaki Paenga Hira.
    BHL Members approved the Affiliate application for the Auckland War Memorial Museum Tamaki Paenga Hira. Voting yes: 18, voting no: 0, not voting: 2. Approved 11 July 2018.

• Review of BHL Executive Committee Actions since 2018 Meeting
  • Approval of CETAF as BHL Reciprocal Partner. As per the revised BHL Bylaws, the BHL EC approved the application of The Consortium of European Taxonomic Facilities (CETAF AISBL) as a BHL Reciprocal Partner. Approved 22 March 2018.
  • Appointment of New Members to the BHL Membership Committee. BHL EC approved appointing David Iggulden (April 2018-April 2020), Ely Wallis (April 2018-April 2020), and Neil Romanosky (April 2018-April 2020) to the Membership Committee. Approved 22 March 2018.
  • Revision to the Membership Committee Charge. Struck "in a timely manner" and added "within 7 working days of application receipt". Approved 3 May 2018.
  • BHL Public Wiki. The BHL EC approved the use of a Smithsonian-hosted WordPress site for the "About BHL" content that is currently hosted on Wikispaces. Grace Costantino will mange the wiki migration process. Approved 10 May 2018.
  • BHL Private Wiki. The BHL EC approved the use of a Smithsonian-hosted Confluence site for the BHL Private (internal) wiki that is currently hosted on Wikispaces. Bianca Crowley will mange the wiki migration process. Approved 21 May 2018.
