Agenda

Ahead of the Capstone afternoon public program, the mentors will meet (12-145) to plan the final report. Assignments? Resident reports.

We should also get together at the Annual meeting to review progress.
Capstone Event
Make the topics of residents and mentors talks parallel.
Mentor/Resident 15 minute talk: experience, overall communication, how it went, how good an experience, opportunities, relationship, what were we expecting and what was different, barriers,

Leora will be the Mentor presenter. We should all work together on what will be presented--send some suggestions of the topics above to Leora.

Spending time as a group is something that CR would have liked more of.

Resident question: went to many meetings: which ones were most useful personally and professionally

Resident Speaker and out line for talks to be ready by DECEMBER 15!

Marissa, Pam, Ari have been focusing on writing final report.

Carolyn Sheffield: We invited about 30-40 people

Carolyn Sheffield: I'll be sending out an RSVP reminder later this week or early next

Rinaldo Connie 2: But possibly a general invite to Smithsonian Library staff.

Carolyn Sheffield: CNI I believe was invited. I'll defer to Connie on SLA and ALA, depedning on what our RSVP rates look like and room capacity

Carolyn Sheffield: The audience will be similar to the group that was at the NDSR Networking event at the beginning of the project

Carolyn Sheffield: The portion with the invited group will be at 2pm

Carolyn Sheffield: I don't believe we've discussed the details but yes I thought we would be having an internal meeting in the morning

Carolyn Sheffield: Connie, did you want to discuss the agenda for the internal portion? Or ar there other details for the public part yuo'd like to fianlize first?
