participate in strategic planning.
Katie: crowdsourcing; transcription is less undecided; Some crowdsourcing will happen with transcription--what is the best way? Also OCR correction--how get the data into BHL. Interested in the general sense of strat planning and how NDSR fits in.
Strategic Plan is a high-level document. Visual Resources, mostly
Technical meeting: What are the goals? Tech group needs to define the September meeting. Crowdsourcing, Visual Resources, feedback from users will be helpful. What users want, what we can do, what the members want.
Should Ari talk with potential users as well as current users. Reach out to Historians of Science and Artists--users on Pinterest, Flickr.twitter.
