3. Resident task: develop and implement biweekly virtual meetings. These can be conference calls, Google group, Skype, google hangout, slack, other ideas?

Pamela will set up a Slack instance. Katie will test out Trello. Marissa will work on how to link the tools together.

The primary goal is for the residents to have a way to easily communicate among themselves. A secondary goal is to experiment with different tools and identify advantages and disadvantages of each to provide information for future resident cohorts.

Residents should get together before the boot camp and they will work out the timing.

4. Debrief on the first week and the skills survey:

Marissa: This year will go really fast! Richard noted that Marissa attended all staff and departmental meetings. BHL training.
Ariadne: went to a staff meeting about MOBOT strategic planning.
Katie: Early research and working on how BHL works. Lots of overlap between resident projects.
Pam: lots of new information, learning about BHL. Has enjoyed the blog user stories.
Connie noted that the public wiki has lots of great background information.
Skype chats; conference calls (tech call, collections, members) google groups, google drive, gemini,
