Set deadline for selecting top 3 candidates to interview by: October 11.

Discussion to see if there is any overlap based on second or third choices on Oct. 11.

Interview schedule by Oct 18. (Connie away Oct 16-21); Candidates chosen and references checked by Oct 31.

How will offers be made? Should we do all 5 at once? Will formal letter come from Harvard?

Get an email acceptance. Verbally offer the job. Verbally accept. Email offer then get acceptance.

Will do all interviews by phone.
