Objective
By the end of the BHL Members’ Business Meeting, participants will have reached consensus on the technical, financial, organizational, and collection goals of the consortium for the next 12 months.
The meeting will be composed of two parts, a business meeting to conduct the work of BHL for the coming year and a closed Executive Session.

- Approval of BHL Strategic Plan. Approved by Member vote, 11 in favor; 5 not present (23 July 2015)
- Approval of Affiliates' Fee Structure, Approved by Member vote, 11 in favor; 5 not present (23 July 2015)
- Approval of Naturalis and Internet Archive as New Affiliates and move of MBLWHOI Library from Member to Affiliate, Approved by Member vote, 15 in favor; none opposed (12 February 2016)
